Shipping Policy

We sell our products only in the UK and we use the 48-hour tracked delivery service of Royal Mail. We ship packages every day with a cut-off time of 13:00.  Your products will arrive at your door or at your local post office within 1-3 business days. You may enjoy free shipping for orders over £25.00. Orders under £25.00 shipping cost is £2.75.

Delivery is considered completed when the buyer or a representative has received the goods. After the goods are delivered the buyer is responsible for the goods and carry the risk of the goods.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if your product is faulty or damaged, or not as described on our website, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help you:

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, you have a right to cancel it if you tell us within 14 days of receiving your order using the contact details above.  You’ll also need to return the item to us within a further 90 days of telling us that you want to cancel.
